I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel on Koh Chang Island. The manager, David, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that my partner and I felt welcome and appreciated as guests. He went above and beyond to provide us with great advice and fix any issues that arose during our stay. The hotel may be situated in a quieter area, but it is just a short taxi ride away from all the must-see attractions. For those looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, this is the perfect place. The staff are friendly and the manager ensures that every need is taken care of. Additionally, there is an excellent local Thai restaurant located nearby, and the hotel boasts a 50-meter pool which is used by international teams for training.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Located on the beautiful island and close to White Sand beach, this resort offers a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. the rooms are comfortable with all the necessary amenities and the bathrooms are clean. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. the breakfast, though pre, cooked, is satisfying. the pool is well, maintained and provides a relaxing environment. the resort offers a stunning view of the sunset.
The lack of an on, site bar may be inconvenient for some guests.

Very ... very ... very ... quiet ....
The swimming pool : cemetary for mosquitoes and flies ... Nothing to do at the hotel and quite far from activities . Booked for 2 nights, we left after the 1rst night.

A short walk to saffron on the sea, where you can have lunch. Proximity to the airport, just 16 miles. Enjoyable base for city break in Koh Chang: )

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was incredible - we couldn't believe the reasonable prices for such a lovely hotel. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the elegant tile work in the hallway to the rich dark hardwood furniture in the rooms, everything had a touch of luxury. Additionally, the location was perfect. Situated between the popular areas of Chai Chet and White Sands Beach, we were able to easily explore the beautiful surroundings. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Just like the owner David, who treated us like family, they were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

David, The owner was very approachable and helped with any queries and did is best to make me feel at home. Very nice clean resort with an amazing Olympic size swimming pool. Lovely time here.
A little bit away from White Sand beach but very easily reached by taxis at a reasonable cost

The hotel's cleanliness was really good, with super clean rooms and well-maintained facilities. The staff was great, making my stay even better. The location, positioned between the most popular areas, allowed for easy access to explore the island without the need for expensive taxis.
Everything is what I need and want.

The staff were great, made my family and I feel very comfortable. A very good location too. The manager can arrange any trips you want to go on, he has a good knowledge of the island.
No issues at all.

The lap pool was amazing with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The owner, David, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel like family. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay.
The hotel was not as advertised, with run-down buildings and not near any attractions. The breakfast was of poor quality and gave my partner food poisoning.

Nothing
Paid a large amount of money to stay at this hotel. Had to ask for toilet paper on multiple occasions, breakfast is extremely poor quality for the price of the hotel, breakfast also gave my partner food poisoning. Hotel doesn't look like the photos, is very run down. The photos on the Internet are very generously touched up. Hotel is in a crappy location, not really near anything, making getting a taxi a pain. Furthermore we are a young couple who booked this hotel as the highlight of our backpacking trip through Asia, obviously we booked a room with a double bed. Upon arrival we were told we had to wait an hour for a room to become available with double bed, we wait a brief period and then were ushered to a room with two single beds and were told we would be moved into a room with a double bed the next night.. 8 nights later and after many attempts at trying to get a room with a double bed we simply just gave up. Room doesn't have a phone, tv is of extremely poor quality, no DVD player or DVD player for hire, I'm assuming no room service as there is no phone in the room. Considering we are backpacking through asia and staying in budget backpackers and guesthouses this hotel was the worst accommodation of the trip. I was glad to get back to guesthouses and backpackers after leaving this hotel. We stayed in significantly cheaper accommodation throughout Asia with much better facilities and services!!
